The whole villa consists of 36 rooms with a total area of up to 4,000 m2, designed in harmony with the closed cross-shaped layout, creating an extremely wonderful project. The villa consists of a two-storey main building, this area is a place for Hoang A Thuong and his family to live. On the two sides of the house are two rows of horizontal outbuildings with the same architecture. Each block is also built two floors, but lower than the main house. Each floor will be divided into three rooms: dining room, living room and bedroom. Above the bedroom has a large balcony. From here, visitors can zoom in to see the mountains of Bac Ha.
